Even though our scrappy days are behind us now, lots of things still haven't really changed. We still run around the office ringing a bell whenever we reach our sales goals. We’re also still based in sunny California (and our vibe is as laid back as that summer in ’96 when we first opened our doors). But most importantly, the core tenets we built our brand on have remained the same.

And our most important principle by far? Our people-first philosophy.
